Antonacci PLLC provides exceptional value to businesses and individuals seeking representation in complex litigation and commercial transactions. Lou Antonacci has extensive experience representing the United States on multimillion-dollar construction projects throughout this country as well as the Russian Federation and Iraq, from contract formation through the administration and dispute phases of projects.

Mr. Antonacci built on this experience in private practice with international law firms, where he successfully represented owners, contractors, start-up companies, local governments and individuals in private and public disputes in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. Lou also advised clients on numerous aspects of commercial transactions, such as construction and professional services contracts, financing and employment agreements, as well as contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements with myriad federal agencies and their contractors and grantees. In addition, Mr. Antonacci has extensive experience utilizing numerous eDiscovery platforms to effectively manage large-scale document reviews and productions.

Lou has organized numerous start-up companies in a variety of domestic jurisdictions. He regularly advises clients on legal issues pertaining to start-up company organization and financing, and assists them in drafting and negotiating related debt and equity instruments. In addition, Mr. Antonacci understands the business needs of start-ups because he spent over a year helping to launch a family-owned sweets and snacks business.

Lou cuts out big firm overhead so he can provide legal services that positively impact your bottom line. This is increasingly true as technological advances drive down the costs of communication and data transfer, and as electronic court filing becomes nearly ubiquitous throughout the United States.

For example, while working at an international law firm, Mr. Antonacci represented a contractor performing work for the U.S. Government in Iraq. Lou advised the client, corresponded with U.S. Government personnel to resolve payment and performance disputes, and successfully prosecuted numerous claims for that contractor, all without leaving his office in Washington, D.C. Antonacci PLLC has all the technological capabilities of an international law firm, but the billing rates of a local firm. Lou passes the savings onto you.

Mr. Antonacci graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2004. He was a Managing Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a member of its Moot Court Board. Mr. Antonacci also served an Honors Intern for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the General Counsel of the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon. In addition, Lou was a judicial extern to the Honorable Lynn Adelman in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He has authored and contributed to numerous legal publications on a variety of issues.
